Meet the Founder

My name is Kamile Askim, founder of Face Fit Canada.

I’m 54 years old and a grandmother to 2 beautiful girls.

I have been passionate about health, fitness, and skincare for most of my adult life. We know that people who exercise regularly appear more youthful, so I would ask myself- if the body can remain youthful through exercise, can the same be applied to the face? The answer is yes! We have the ability to tone and strengthen facial muscles the same way we can strengthen muscles in the body.

Aging is inevitable but looking old is optional!

About The Roller

The Face Fit roller is unique and is specifically designed to lift and contour the face. 

The Face Fit roller will help break up fascial adhesions in the skin. The fascia release allows for better drainage and movement of lymph. This results in a decrease in stagnation and puffiness in the face and neck. 

The handle of the Face Fit Roller can be used for pressure points. It is specifically designed to work around the nose, ears, bottom of the chin, and especially around the eyes and brows.
