Egypt is a land of great artists and personalities, and we could not miss the chance to have with us the Egyptian singer Tamer Hosny, nicknamed “Negm al-guil”(star of the generation).
From a young age, Tamer was clear that his passion is music. At the age of 24, Tamer released his first single, titled “Habibi Wenta Ba3eed”. In 2004, he published his first album titled Hob, which became a hit, selling more than 700,000 copies in few months.
Tamer Hosny hasn´t stopped since then to reaping great successes, which include his various albums: Enayyah Bethebbak (2006), Ya Bent El-Eih (2007), Arrab Kaman (2008), Ha’esh Hayaty (2009), Ikhtart Sah (2010), Elly Gai Ahla (2011). In addition, he received numerous awards, such as the Best Singer, Best Singer in Middle East, the Best Album of the Year, etc.
If that wasn´t enough, Tamer has also standed out in acting: In 2011, he took part in his first drama series, called Adam, which achieved highest views on TV and Internet. He received the awards of Best Actor in Drama, and Adam was chosen as the Best Series, both in 2011. Tamer is also the endorser of several famous brands, such as Pepsi, Vodafone, and Police sunglasses.
