The 1st Award Winner of Paris Fashion Week, Temraza, is the official designer of Miss Elite 2020 by Ana Velasco Peláez

The talented and creative Egyptian designer, Farida Temraz, will be part of the Miss Elite Jury and the official fashion designer of the uniforms. We feel very proud to count on her this year in her homeland!

Farida, who graduated from the American University in Cairo (AUC), has been stepping up in the world of the textile industry. Among her achievements, Farida has created her own fashion line, Temraza (@temrazaofficial), winner of the 1st Place Award in Paris Fashion Week 2015 & Best Female Couture Designer Brand in New York Fashion Week 2017. In addition, she was chosen as Egypt´s Official Representative at the 2018 NYFW.

Moreover, Farida Temraz is a woman of strong convictions, who has turned her illusion into a profession, in which she is inspired by Egyptian designs and is able to transform fabrics into true haute couture masterpieces. For Farida, it is very important to bet on Egyptian designers, who are able to create magnificent designs inspired by the Oscars, Golden Globes, Emmys, Grammys, etc.

Farida has created designs for stars such as Laura Morana, Amina Khalil, and created the collection “To Love & To Hold”, apart from collaborating in awareness campaigns. “Fashion is who you are”, says Farida, and we´re sure she´s an incredible designer and person.

Behind all the beauty and glamour that characterizes Miss Elite 2020, there is a great dedication and effort on behalf of all that will make this contest shine!

We are getting to know the faces that will make up the jury of this beauty pageant: great talents who have made their profession a way of life that inspires many of us. This is the case of Bassam Fattouh, a Lebanese professional makeup artist who is recognized not only in the Arab world, but throughout the world.

Thus, it´s a great honor for us to have the presence of Bassam, to also learn about the latest trends and the most recommended products. Miss Elite 2020 is a very special occasion in which the models have to look beautiful, sensual, but above all, maintain their essence. These are the main keys for our makeup artist.

His years of experience have led Bassam to launch his own makeup line, with quality products that allow him to recreate from natural looks to the most glamorous ones, using the best techniques. Some of the women who have passed through Bassam´s hands are: Valerie Abou Chacra, Miss Lebanon 2015, the singers Haifa Wehbe and Elissa.
