He went to LAMDA where his International career started,It was his starring role in Ben Sharrock’s refugee drama Limbo that has proved a game changer earning El-Masry a best actor BAFTA Scotland and BIFA nomination as well as being selected as the UK’s Screen International Star of Tomorrow and a BAFTA Breakthrough Brit.
