CHINA | Caroline Ting

Miss China is Professor Dr. Caroline Ting, currently a Post-Doctorate researcher in Art Philosophy / Aesthetics and research fellow at the Royal Portuguese Library, in partnership with the International Institute of Macau. Ph.D. in Art History and Criticism at the State University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, former visiting scholar at the Center for Chinese Studies in Taiwan, Republic of China, New University of Lisbon (Ph.D. sandwich), Portugal. M.A. in Arts, Aesthetics and Comparative Literature at the University of Paris-Diderot, B.A. in Art History and Archaeology at the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne, France. Former copyist at the Louvre and the Museum of Fine Arts Petit-Palais (France). She is also a visual artist, trained at the Russian Imperial Academy in Saint Petersburg and the National Academy of Arts in New York.
